The Emerald Empire Chapter is proud to be active in our community. We work with several youth oriented organizations.

Barry Hornsby, Dottie and Mike Blackmarr. At Eugene Rotary Annual Duck Race. 10/13/01 Every year people buy a Yellow Rubber Duck. The ducks are released on the Willamette River in Eugene Oregon to run a short race. The proceeds benefit the local children's hospitals. As with all events, someone has to pick-up. Barry, Dottie and Mike were just a few of the volunteers. Notice the UofO Duck decorations on the boat. This boat belongs to Gabe O'Campo. Gabe is a OSU Beavers fan.
